The Department of Science and Humanities was established during the academic year 2010-2011. It comprises four branches such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English. It contributes for the success of Engineering faculty also with a consistent track record and maintain good rapport among all the disciplines, students, management and stakeholders. Presently, the department extends its great support to Post Graduate courses offered in Engineering and Computer applications disciplines. It triggers the students’ various productivity skills ai reasonable analytical outlook, logical reasoning and a Mathematical bent of mind, to the students through problem-solving. It facilitates students by providing on-demand training for attending various programmes, webinars, workshop, paper presentation, publications, online course completion in order to familiarize with the basic concepts and application-oriented knowledge in Engineering and Technology. It has well equipped laboratories for Physics and Chemistry with modern instruments, which possess state-of-the-art facilities. Dedicated, experienced well qualified faculty members of the department wholeheartedly extend their greatest support for attaining the consistent growth of the students, individuals and institution. They also continuously update their grasp on global trends and breakthroughs by attending various academic events and presenting papers in national and international conferences, publishing research articles and completing online courses.
